"A compact book on the structures of English- This book will enable its readers to take their writing skills to the next level. A great writing demands its writer to use a rich vocabulary maintaining proper syntax and semantics. But another very important thing that a writer can't really ignore is the necessity of using good sentence structures that give a sentence its real mood and tone. This book is a real helpful one. Highly recommended!"

"The book is comprehensive, clearly written, and provides a good number of practice exercises. I do not feel it can be used with Low Intermediate ESL learners as an independent text. It is quite useful for classroom explanation and oral/written classroom exercises, and I will use it that way in my classes emphasizing sentence structure. I did buy the English Structure Practice text and am using it as a homework volume with this book. The two are very compatible, making a good team for in-class and at-home learning."
